You define how you would like me to work with you and your customers at all times, or on a project by project basis.
I remain completely flexible. I am happy to never have contact with your clients and allow you to present my services as part of your overall service. This is a common model my clients adopt. With good project management on both our parts this can result in successful project deliveries time and again.
Equally I am happy to liaise with your clients to clarify technical requirements for websites at the briefing stage, or at the end of a project to assist them with any post-delivery queries. For some clients this requires that a great deal of trust is placed in myself. I fully understand this. If representing you I will do so at all times with complete integrity and respect for your business. The reputation of my business depends on maintaining professionalism and complete respect for your hard-won clients. The success of JeliBuild depends on repeat business from you.
